Registration

To register for a session, simply click on the link below to download a registration and liability waiver form. You will need Adobe's Acrobat Reader to view and print out the downloaded form. Fill out both pages completely, sign them and fax or mail them back to Akamai Surf School. If you prefer, the forms can be sent to you by calling Akamai directly and requesting them.

After we receive the completed registration and liability waiver, one of our instructors
will contact you to verify that your registration has been accepted and that your
selected class is available.

Payment Information

A $50 deposit is required to secure a spot in any class session. The remaining balance is due prior to the start of the class.

For your convenience, Akamai Surf School accepts cash, personal checks and most major credit cards. To pay by credit card, click on the PayPal link below and follow the instructions. A 3% processing fee will apply.

If you pay by check, please mail it to Akamai with your registration form and liability waiver. DO NOT MAIL ANY CASH PAYMENTS. Cash will only be accepted in person on the first day of your class.
